PRODUCT LINES

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to serve Ohio, Michigan, and Western Pennsylvania’s educational, health care, research and commercial markets either directly or through contractors and architects. We strive to serve our market by offering the latest technology in products, communications and installation.

We seek to provide top-quality custom and manufactured storage solutions for end-users. We offer cabinets in the four basic materials: wood, plastic laminate, metal and stainless steel; accompanied by a full range of accessories including tops, fixtures, fume hoods and sinks.

In our continuing efforts to fulfill all of our customers’ needs, we also specialize in millwork, laboratory equipment, loose furnishings, telescoping stands, auditorium seating, gymnasium equipment and other items compatible with cabinetry.

We aim to project an attitude of professionalism and cooperation by satisfying the end users’ needs. We will accommodate our customers’ requests without question unless significant dollars are at stake. We will treat our employees, subcontractors and vendors fairly and with respect, as we assume that all people strive to do their best. We will endeavor to reward employees and subcontractors by providing security and fairness in a cyclical industry.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY

  1. Treat the customer as you want to be treated. Accommodate their requests whenever possible.
  2. The signer of a contract is our customer, not our adversary.
  3. Always be professional.
  4. Honesty and truthfulness are essential, no matter how difficult the situation.

Provide an environment conducive for learning and innovative thinking. Mistakes are to be tolerated, learned from and used for personal and company growth. One who does not make mistakes may be producing below his full capabilities. Repetitive mistakes however may signal carelessness.
